About the Role

We’re looking for a creative video professional who can take a project from concept to final cut, blending traditional editing craft with AI-powered creation. You’ll edit, animate, and mix videos for brand, ads, social media, and explainers, and you’ll often own projects from start to finish.

Video Editing: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro Motion Graphics & VFX: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects Sound Design: Dialogue editing, mixing, SFX, and background music AI Creation Tools: Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation Pre-production: Character consistency, scene continuity, lip-sync, and prompt engineering Post-production: Color correction, grading, transitions, and VFX Storytelling:



A sharp eye for visual narrative and creative problem-solving Portfolio: Please include samples showing editing, sound design, motion graphics, and AI-generated work.

Responsibilities

- Turn briefs and scripts into storyboards, shot lists, and finished videos.
- Edit short- and long-form content in Adobe Premiere Pro with strong pacing and storytelling.
- Create motion graphics, titles, and VFX in Adobe After Effects.
- Edit dialogue, mix audio, and add SFX and background music.
- Handle color correction, grading, and transitions.
- Maintain scene continuity and visual consistency across projects.
- Deliver final exports in the right formats for each platform.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–5 years of skilled video editing experience.
- Advanced skill in Premiere Pro and strong skill in After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator; AI tools DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and composition.
- Good communication, time management, and openness to feedback.
