MLB SMT Equipment Maintenance

1.SMT - equipment programming, checking, confirming and optimizing

2.Make and confirm the completion of the program, provide the data to the material list maker to make the material list, and assist in confirming and handling the exception

3.Data processing and transformation of BOM, CAD and Gerber, Gerber / sample comparison (polarity and coordinates)

4.Be responsible for the import of ECN / ECR program, deal with the production line exception (throwing material, placing abnormal, machine abnormal, etc.);

5.From the introduction of new models to the production line, participate in try run,





record the problem points, and add the improvement items to the program inspection item

Equipment

1.The production line equipment fault is eliminated in time, the equipment operation condition is checked daily, and the abnormal hidden danger is eliminated in time

2.Fault cause analysis level, countermeasure formulation and implementation, maintenance plan implementation

3.Cooperate with the erection of recent lines and trial production of new models

4.Contact with foreign equipment manufacturers and follow up the progress

5.Actively complete the tasks assigned by the superior and various indicators

AOI

- Skill training and teaching of new staff and improvement of education and training courseware
- Daily / weekly / quarterly maintenance of equipment
- Regularly sort out and back up the relevant data of SPI & AOI computers of the responsible line
- Handling of common and major abnormal in production line
- SPI & AOI program management and optimization, reduce SPI & AOI misjudgment rate,

improve SPI & AOI detection rate.
- New product introduction and new program production

7.Verification and import of new equipment functions
