We are looking for an experienced US Accounting Associate to join our team!

Required Experience: US / International Bookkeeping

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, Xero or Wave.

Handle bank, credit card and payment gateway reconciliations.

Manage multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange (FX) adjustments.

Handle accounts payable, receivable and ageing reports.

Perform month-end closing, accruals, prepaids and depreciation entries.

Reconcile intercompany and balance sheet accounts.

Support accounting data migration between platforms.

Communicate with international clients and ensure timely deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

2–4 years of US or international accounting experience, preferably in a KPO setup.

Hands-on experience with QBO, Xero or Wave.

Experience handling at least one multi-currency client.

Good knowledge of FX gains/losses and revaluation.

Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Good written and verbal English communication skills.
