Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce SkillPassGo and communicate its services and value proposition.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule sales calls, meetings and product demos.
- Handle initial customer queries and maintain professional conversations.
- Update CRM systems, call logs and prospect databases.
- Meet daily calling, lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Follow structured calling scripts and communication compliance guidelines.
Mandatory Language Requirements
- South Language – C2: fluency in at least one language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam.
- English – C1 (Advanced): Compulsory; confident spoken English for skilled business conversations.
- Hindi – B1 (Intermediate): Preferred, not mandatory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening.
- Lead generation, telesales and customer engagement.
- Appointment setting and objection handling.
- Basic CRM and database management.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and daily targets.
- Resilient, persuasive and customer-focused.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales or customer support is preferred.
