Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Bidding Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering and bidding process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant government and private-sector tenders, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of proposals in compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private-sector portals, including GeM and CPPP.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents, proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, technical, and management teams to collect the necessary information and approvals.
- Manage tender registration, EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other required documentation, as applicable.
- Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and within the specified deadlines.
- Maintain a database of tenders, submitted bids, results, and upcoming opportunities.
- Track tender status, participate in pre-bid meetings, and prepare responses to client queries and clarifications.
- Monitor bid openings, evaluation results, work orders, and contract award updates.
- Ensure compliance with tender guidelines,



company policies, and applicable procurement requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3years of experience in tender management, bidding, proposal preparation, or government procurement.
- Practical experience with GeM, CPPP, or other e-procurement portals.
- Good knowledge of technical and commercial bid preparation and tender documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
- Solid communication, coordination, time-management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, IT consulting, or technology projects.
- Knowledge of government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EMD, PBG, and bid evaluation processes.
- Experience in preparing bids for cybersecurity services such as VAPT, GRC, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and information security consulting.

- Number of relevant tenders identified and qualified.
- Timely and accurate submission of bids.
- Compliance with tender eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Bid success rate and conversion into business opportunities.
- Effective tracking and reporting of tender status.
