We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Telecaller to communicate with customers, handle enquiries, make outbound calls, and follow up with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Explain the company's products or services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments, wherever required.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
- Update customer information in Excel or CRM software.
- Address basic customer queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Achieve assigned calling targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good listening, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.
