Role Description The Technical Support Specialist CCTV will provide in office support for CCTV surveillance and related security systems at client locations in and around Guwahati. This full-time role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV equipment, diagnosing technical issues, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance. The specialist will respond to support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and ensure system uptime and performance.





Daily work involves coordinating with customers to understand issues, documenting support activities, and escalating complex problems when needed. The role also includes guiding users on proper system usage, contributing to customer training, and supporting other networking and security infrastructure as required.

Qualifications

- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for CCTV, networking, and security systems.
- Analytical skills to diagnose issues, interpret logs, and identify root causes efficiently.
- Customer support and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on-site.
- Knowledge of CCTV hardware, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cabling, and basic networking (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
- Relevant technical skill in electronics, electrical, IT, or a related field; industry certifications in CCTV or networking are an advantage.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
