Role Description The Technician role at SANPAR Industries Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Technician will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining thermal engineering and compressed air treatment equipment, including dryers, filters, chillers, and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out repairs, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.





The role involves interpreting technical drawings and manuals, documenting service activities, and supporting senior engineers on project execution for industrial and aerospace/defense applications. The Technician will also collaborate with the quality and safety teams to comply with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Technical skills in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as air dryers, chillers, and industrial air conditioning systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals, and use basic diagnostic tools and instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Understanding of industry safety practices, quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100), and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or related engineering discipline; prior experience in industrial HVAC or compressed air systems is an advantage.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site at customer locations and support project deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, travel as required for field assignments, and adapt to mission-critical aerospace and defense environments.
