RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Hands-on experience in SAP BRIM(aka Hybris) Convergent Mediation. ? Participate in discussions with business leads, gather and understand the requirements ? Design, develop, document, test, deploy Convergent Mediation work flows per business requirements ?

Administer and maintain Convergent Mediation platform ? Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement new billing models ? Identify/troubleshoot application and/or code-related issues ?

Demonstrate creative, strategic thinking and problem solving; able to exercise independent judgment in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology ? Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical and non-technical clients ? Provides status updates to the team on a regular basis EXPERIENCE:



? 5 or more years of experience in designing, developing and deploying workflows in SAP Convergent Mediation ?

Solid understanding of BRIM architecture including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, Subscription Order Management ? 3 or more years of experience in database design, SQL, scripting ? Excellent written and oral communication skills ? Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills are an absolute must ?

Proven track record of willingness and interest in learning recent tools and technologies is necessary ?

Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Rally
