Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented IT Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, project management capabilities, and experience delivering IT, AI, and technology-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and deployment.
2. Coordinate with AI developers, BIM, GIS, software development, and other technical teams.
3. Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets.
5. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Identify project risks, challenges, and dependencies and implement appropriate solutions.
7. Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, team leads, and technical teams.
8. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide delivery status reports to management.
9. Ensure quality standards, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
10. Coordinate with HR and management for manpower planning and resource allocation.
11. Handle escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
12. Drive operational efficiency and improve overall project performance.

Educational Qualification

- M.Tech (Master of Technology) – in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant engineering discipline preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 8–12 years of overall experience in IT/project delivery.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a delivery leadership or project management role.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience in client-facing project delivery is preferred.
