Role Description The Team Member, Sales & Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based at Six Senses Vana in Dehradun. This role is responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives that promote the retreat’s wellness offerings and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, and helping to maintain accurate sales and guest data.

The team member will interact with prospective and existing guests, respond to inquiries, support customer relationship activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.



The role also involves preparing marketing materials, supporting digital and offline promotional efforts, and contributing ideas to improve guest engagement and revenue growth in alignment with the retreat’s wellness-focused mission.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, including relationship-building and follow-up skills, to support revenue generation and guest acquisition.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills to assist in planning, analysing, and refining sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, mission-driven team environment with a focus on wellbeing and service.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using basic office and CRM or sales tools.
- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or luxury services is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
