Job Summary

- Meet the business objectives initiated by the respective country Retail Assets Business- Cards
- Customer focused need-based selling to our existing customers.
- Deepen customer relationship and sell credit cards and maximize penetration from Internal channels only
- Managing the team of 7-8 People and driving affluent sales and bank strategy

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve Team sales target/budget
- Segment focus, customer focussed needs-based selling
- Being a Credit Cards Clients Team manager, focus has to be on internal Branch and Intra channel sourcing HVS customer relationship and fulfilling needs with respect to Assets.
