Role Description The Team Leader – Collection is a full time, on-site role based in Ulhasnagar. This role oversees a team of collection executives to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional and compliant interactions with customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and allocating collection targets, monitoring team performance, reviewing aging reports, and implementing strategies to minimize defaults.

The Team

Leader will handle escalated customer cases, coordinate with the finance team for account updates, and maintain accurate records and reports of collection activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, conducting training on collection practices and customer service, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Candidates should possess Debt Collection skills, including negotiation, follow-up, and familiarity with collection processes and legal considerations.

- Candidates should possess Finance knowledge to understand funding models, repayment structures, and basic accounting or credit principles.

- Relevant experience in collections, credit control, or financial services, preferably in subscription or asset-based businesses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain composure.
- Proficiency in using CRM or collection management tools and basic office software.
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ulhasnagar and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
