About the Role

Tax is where precision meets impact. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Tax Operations Associate to join our fast-growing Gurugram team and help keep our compliance engine running flawlessly. You’ll own critical filings across GST, TDS/TCS and Income Tax, and play a real part in keeping the business audit-ready.

What You’ll Do

- File GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax returns accurately and well before deadlines
- Prepare tax computations and reconcile data across books, returns, and government portals
- Support internal and statutory audits and compliance reviews
- Draft responses to and resolve tax notices and departmental queries
- Stay current with regulatory changes and turn them into updated SOPs and processes

What You Bring

- 6+ months of hands-on experience in tax operations, accounting, or compliance
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax filings




- Familiarity with Form 16/16A, TRACES, and tax reconciliations
- Exposure to handling tax notices or supporting audits
- Strong command of Indian tax laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
- A deadline-driven mindset with an eye for detail
