Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Rajkot, responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and offer processes. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives,



maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking metrics, collaborating with HR on onboarding, and ensuring all hiring practices align with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to effectively assess and select qualified talent.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote the organization and attract suitable candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms, along with basic data analysis for recruitment metrics.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple hiring needs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within manufacturing or engineering sectors is an advantage.
