We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team. The role involves reviewing AI interview assessments as well as supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated interview recordings and assessment reports to evaluate candidate responses, technical knowledge, and overall suitability.
- Identify potential red flags, inconsistencies, and gaps in candidate assessments.
- Prepare accurate and structured interview feedback.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.




- Support daily talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or recruitment experience is an advantage.
