Tara Aspire Consulting is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and HR Technology.

Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 3 Months

Internship & Stipend Structure

- Month 1: Unpaid training and learning.
- Month 2 & 3: Rs.3,000–Rs.5,000 per month, based on performance and recruitment closures.
- After 3 Months: Prospect for full-time employment based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Resume screening and initial candidate coordination.
- Interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Working on live client hiring requirements.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and driving closures.

AI & Technology Exposure

- Hands-on exposure to AI-powered recruitment tools.
- AI-assisted sourcing,



screening and talent mapping.
- Recruitment automation and HR technology.

- Freshers, graduates or MBA/HR students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment, HR and AI technology.
