Mandate Experience:

Strong healthcare domain expertise, with experience in the US healthcare market.

Proven experience in building and establishing a healthcare domain or practice from scratch.

Deep understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, patient care pathways, and healthcare technology.

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Ability to translate complex clinical scenarios into functional specifications for AI and technology teams

Key Responsibilties:

Define clinical logic, workflow mapping, and decision-making frameworks for Agentic AI healthcare solutions.

Collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, and engineers to develop healthcare-focused AI agents.

Design clinical validation frameworks, grading rubrics, and testing protocols to assess AI accuracy, safety, bias, and hallucinations.

Map clinical pathways, EHR data structures, billing workflows, and healthcare operational processes.

Advise on healthcare interoperability standards, regulatory requirements,



and data privacy.

Engage with healthcare CXOs and senior stakeholders to define AI roadmaps and drive AI-enabled transformation.

Develop reusable clinical prompt libraries, standardized workflows, and AI agent blueprints.

Technical & Domain Expertise

Healthcare interoperability: FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, ICD-10/11

Indian healthcare standards and regulations: ABDM and DPDP Act

Healthcare automation, RPA, conversational AI, and Agentic AI

Cloud healthcare platforms: AWS HealthLake, Google Cloud Healthcare API, or Azure API for FHIR

Experience working with cross-functional teams across healthcare, technology, and AI

Preferred Educational Background

Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Medicine (MBBS, MD, BDS), Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management (MHA/MBA), or Health Informatics.
