We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced startup setting and are excited by the idea of contributing to the success stories of future civil servants.
Who should apply?
1. Individuals with excellent communication skills.
2. People who enjoy interacting with students and understanding their aspirations
3. Candidates who are driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
4. Prior experience in EdTech admissions, student counselling, or business development is preferred
5. Candidates who have prepared for UPSC themselves or have worked in the Civil Services preparation ecosystem will be given preference
What you'll do:
- Connect with UPSC aspirants and understand their preparation needs
- Guide students toward the right programs and resources
- Manage and nurture leads through the admission process
- Contribute to MentorsDaily's growth journey through meaningful student engagement
