Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Associate role based in Bengaluru.

The Store

Associate will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory and materials used in the coating center.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, preparing items for production, supporting basic store documentation, and coordinating with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability. The role involves assisting with dispatch and logistics,



maintaining cleanliness and safety in the store area, and providing courteous, effective support to internal stakeholders and visiting customers or partners.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Loyalty skills to support internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for coordination and documentation.
- Retail Sales and Store Management skills to handle inventory, stocking, and basic store operations efficiently.
- Attention to detail and basic knowledge of inventory control or warehouse practices.
- Ability to work in office, stand for extended periods, and handle light to moderate physical tasks safely.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and email.
- Prior experience in store operations, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in logistics or materials management is beneficial.
