Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in retail interior design. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative retail concepts, preparing detailed design drawings, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring designs meet project requirements, budgets, and execution timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop retail interior spaces, including showrooms, retail outlets, and commercial stores.
- Prepare concept designs, space planning, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, and sections for execution.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, production teams, and site execution teams.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and furniture as per project requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQ, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure design accuracy, functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with client requirements.




- Handle design modifications and revisions based on client feedback.
- Supervise junior designers and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in retail interior design and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of furniture detailing, materials, finishes, and retail fixtures.
- Understanding of BOQ, costing, and execution drawings.
- Robust presentation, communication, and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail interior design is preferred.

Salary: ₹45,000–₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
