Position: Senior Architect – Project coordinator.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 10–12 years

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

Key Requirements :

- 10 to 12 years of experience in architectural design management and execution of large-scale hospital projects.
- Solid expertise in design management and site coordination for complex healthcare projects.
- Ability to act as the interface between the client’s design team, architects, site execution teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent design sensibility, technical understanding, and practical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client interactions, design presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit / BIM LOD 350.
- Experience in PMC projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :





- Lead and manage the architectural design development process and ensure timely delivery of all design deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, specialist consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination between the client, design consultants, and project execution teams during pre-construction and post-construction stages.
- Coordinate with the liaison team for obtaining statutory approvals.
- Monitor design implementation at the project site and resolve design-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Review and coordinate as-built drawings.

Support project completion, commissioning, and final handover
