Company Description Angels Foundation is a Child Development Centre in Gurugram that supports children with diverse developmental needs through a multidisciplinary team of certified Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and Speech Therapists. The center focuses on understanding the root causes behind behavioral challenges and developmental delays rather than only addressing surface-level symptoms. By using evidence-based, child-centered approaches, Angels Foundation works to build foundations for lasting improvement in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.

The team collaborates closely with families to create individualized intervention plans and foster a supportive environment for each child’s growth.

Role Description The Speech and Language Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at Angels Foundation in Gurugram. The therapist will assess children with a range of communication and language difficulties, conduct standardized and informal evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating documentation, and communicating regularly with families and the multidisciplinary team.

The role involves designing and adapting therapy activities,



collaborating with Occupational Therapists and Special Educators, and contributing to parent training and education sessions to support carryover of skills at home and school.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Speech Therapy and Speech intervention for children with developmental needs.
- Candidates should possess clinical expertise in assessing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and practical skills in working with Dysphagia and feeding-related challenges, where applicable.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Experience working with children with special needs in pediatric or school-based settings is highly beneficial.
- Strong observational, documentation, and case management skills, with the ability to design individualized therapy plans.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team and engage with families and caregivers.
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful, and evidence-based practice, with a compassionate approach to children and families.
