Role Description The Solar EPC Head / Manager will lead end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction activities for solar projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery. This full time, on-site role is based at our works in MIDC Malegaon, Sinnar (Nashik), with travel to project sites. It involves managing project planning, resource allocation, vendor and contractor coordination, and site execution for ground-mounted, rooftop, and solar infrastructure installations.

The role includes preparing and reviewing technical designs and drawings, overseeing BOQs and cost estimates, monitoring project progress against schedules, and implementing safety and quality standards at all sites.



The Solar EPC Head / Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, support tendering and bid processes, handle client communication and reporting, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

- Strong solar EPC project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and on-site execution.
- Technical expertise in solar PV systems, structural design for mounting solutions, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Experience in procurement and vendor management, including sourcing of modules, inverters, structures, and balance-of-system components.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with contractors, and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
- Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and use of basic project management and office software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field); a master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in solar EPC roles within industrial, utility-scale, or infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to steel structures.
- Knowledge of safety practices, quality control processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to solar and infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and project budgets.
- 8-12 years of experience in solar EPC project execution.
