Role Description The Solar Industrial Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves assisting in the design review, installation, and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems for industrial and commercial clients. The associate supports site assessments, prepares basic technical documentation, and coordinates with engineering and project teams to ensure timely and safe execution of work.

Daily tasks include monitoring ongoing projects, supporting operation and maintenance activities, updating project records,



and communicating project status to supervisors. The role may also involve interacting with vendors and clients on technical and operational matters, while adhering to company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of solar power systems, including on-grid, off-grid, hybrid solutions, and basic knowledge of battery energy storage.
- Ability to support site surveys, interpret technical drawings, and assist in the installation and commissioning of solar equipment.
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices, use of basic electrical and mechanical tools, and adherence to quality standards.
- Competence in documenting project activities, preparing simple reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with engineers, technicians, and clients.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
- Prior internship or experience in solar or broader renewable energy projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on industrial sites, travel to project locations as needed, and adapt to field-based working conditions.
