ROLE DESCRIPTION & KEY RESPONSIBILITITES

- Client relations management – Managing all communications, addressing queries, organizing meeting, maintaining the TAT etc.
- Design workflow coordinator - Plan & mange the daily workflow of various internal design, content & IT team and ensuring the deliverables are completed as per commitments
- Organising weekly & monthly reports
- Content planning – Planning social media and content for various design jobs on regular as well as monthly basis




- Social media mgmt – Social posts and ORMs for key clients

QUALIFICATIONS

- Post-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline (MBA, Digital Marketing, Enginneering, domains preffered)
- Diploma/Certification in digital marketing, social media

SKILLSET REQUIRED

- Understanding of digital marketing & social media is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of basic design softwares and overall design workflows
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS office
- Experience in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the relevant industry is an advantage
