Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer / Subject Matter Expert who is passionate about communication, public speaking, personality development, and student engagement.

The role involves designing and delivering soft skills, personality development, and employability training sessions. The candidate will also be responsible for anchoring institutional events, conducting interactive workshops, and mentoring students to improve their communication, confidence, and professional readiness.

We are looking for someone who is confident on stage, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys mentoring young minds.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills, life skills, and employability training sessions for students.
- Design training content, interactive activities, and assessment frameworks for personality development and interview preparation.
- Mentor students individually and in groups on communication, presentation skills, body language, and professional etiquette.
- Anchor and host institutional events, workshops, orientation sessions, and ceremonies.
- Conduct interactive workshops and seminars to improve students' confidence, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Work closely with the Student Success and Academic teams to improve student engagement and outcomes.
- Track and report students' progress in communication and soft skills development.
- Support campus events, competitions,



and co-curricular activities.
- Stay updated with industry practices in soft skills training, communication, and employability.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command over English grammar.
- Strong expertise in soft skills training, personality development, and interview preparation.
- Excellent public speaking, anchoring, and stage-hosting abilities.
- Ability to engage and address large audiences confidently.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and conduct interactive workshops and training sessions.
- Comfortable using presentation tools and activity-based learning methods.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or corporate Learning & Development will be preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Specialization in Communication, English, Psychology, or HR will be an added advantage.
- 0–4 years of experience in training, teaching, or corporate Learning & Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong stage presence are welcome.
- Experience in public speaking, anchoring, or event hosting is preferred.
- Certifications in Soft Skills Training, NLP, or Personality Development will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

- Solid public speaking and anchoring skills.
- Confidence in addressing audiences, hosting events, and engaging students.
- Willingness to work full time from campus.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening events and institutional activities.
