Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. The specialist will manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content performance.

Responsibilities also include supporting digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with design and web teams, analyzing campaign metrics,



and preparing performance reports to inform ongoing strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with online audiences.
- Candidates should have familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO and online advertising.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience in a digital agency or IT services environment and knowledge of current social media trends will be an advantage.
