About the Role

Qalalabs is looking for a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Marketer with a strong understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and brand growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, excellent research abilities, and a genuine interest in the wellness, mental health, and psychology industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and organic growth.
- Manage timely follow-ups, campaign coordination, and execution.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, audience-focused content.




- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, wellness industry developments, and consumer behaviour.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media analytics.
- Excellent brainstorming, creative thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to conduct marketf research and competitor analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage social media activities and meet deadlines.
- Genuine interest in the wellness, psychology, and mental health industry.
- Psychology graduates will be preferred, provided they possess relevant social media marketing experience.
- Experience in content strategy, brand positioning, and community engagement is an added advantage.
