Who Are We?We're Fizzle Pop Games, a small but mighty indie game studio in Chennai, making colorful, cozy, and ridiculously fun casual games for players around the world.

We make games. We drink coffee. We argue over whether a shade of pink is too pink. And occasionally, we remember to post something on Instagram.

That's where you come in.

The Quest: Make Some Noise! ?We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn our games, characters, and everyday studio chaos into content people actually want to watch.

Someone who knows their reels from their stories, their trends from their cringe, and understands that posting a pretty picture with three hashtags isn't exactly a social media strategy.

Your missions (should you choose to accept them):

- ? Create scroll-stopping content. Reels, memes, gameplay videos, carousels, stories — surprise us!
- ? Own our socials. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and wherever our players hang out.
- ? Build our community. Talk to players, spark conversations, and make people feel like they're part of the Fizzle Pop family.
- ? Hype our games. New launches, updates, events, and everything in between. Make people excited enough to hit that download button.
- ? Spot trends before they're ancient history. Bonus points if you can turn a viral trend into something that actually works for our games.
- ? Work with our creative team. Our artists and animators make beautiful things. Your job is to make the internet notice.
- ? Love the numbers (a little). Track what's working, what's flopping, and what we should do differently.
- ? Bring ideas. Lots of them. We love people who say, "Hey, what if we tried this?"

Your Superpowers ?
- 2–5 years of social media experience,



preferably in gaming, entertainment, or lifestyle.
- You can write captions that don't sound like they were approved by six corporate committees.
- You know your way around Canva, CapCut, and basic video editing.
- You understand how Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube work.
- You have a good eye for visuals, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- You're organized enough to manage a content calendar but spontaneous enough to jump on a excellent trend.
- You can take an idea and run with it without needing someone to hold your hand.
- You understand that likes are lovely, but engagement, community growth, and game downloads are even lovelier.

Extra Lives If You... ⭐
- Love mobile games (especially cozy, puzzle, and casual games).
- Have worked with gaming brands or communities.
- Know a thing or two about influencer marketing, ASO, or user acquisition.
- Can turn 15 seconds of gameplay into a Reel people actually watch.
