We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to run our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

This is a remote-first, hybrid role. Most days you work from home, but you will occasionally travel to team meetups, hosted events, and such to direct, shoot, and capture video content in person.

What You Will Do

- Brainstorm, script, shoot, edit, and post short-form videos, reels, and text posts.
- Travel to events and meetups to record footage, team interviews, behind-the-scenes and ofcourse the primary footage for our content.
- Work with our developers and designers to turn real software projects, case studies, and tech topics into clean, engaging posts, reels and carousels.
- Handle day-to-day community interactions: reply to comments, engage with founders, and join conversations in the tech space.
- Review metrics regularly to see what content actually performs and iterate accordingly. You should have a knack of understanding and developing the content organically.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong video shooting and editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci or similar.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Figma for carousels and post assets.
- An interest in tech, startups, and product design. You do not need to know how to code, but you should understand the basics of what software teams build.



We're also not limited to JUST code, so a garnish of event promotion, direction and its content is a huge plus point.
- Confidence directing people on camera, interviewing team members, and taking charge during a shoot.

Who can apply:

- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience running social handles, with a portfolio to back it up.
- Freshers who have personal content projects, valuable visual taste, and can complete the research task below.

- If experienced: Links to 2-3 posts, videos, or campaigns you worked on.
- If applying as a fresher: Spend some time researching us and send us 1 original content piece tailored for what we do. It can be:
- A short reel concept (for example: a teaser for our outreach, a build breakdown, or a tech tip), OR
- A post or 4-slide carousel outline explaining what LGT does.

(This is how we evaluate your content research skills, brand understanding, and writing style.)

Work Setup: Hybrid (remote day-to-day, with travel required for shoots and events).
