? What You'll Do

● Own Our Social Media: Manage Codebuddy's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

● Create Scroll-Stopping Content: Develop engaging posts, carousels, reels, short videos, captions, and creative campaigns that reflect our brand.

● Plan & Execute: Build and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with company goals, hiring initiatives, product updates, and brand campaigns.

● Stay Ahead of Trends: Spot relevant trends, memes, industry conversations, and viral formats that can help Codebuddy stand out.

● Think Tech & AI: Create content around AI, technology, software development, automation, company projects, and industry developments in a way that people can understand and enjoy.

● Collaborate with the Team: Work with HR, developers, designers, and business teams to turn company activities, employee stories, and technical achievements into compelling content.

● Grow Our Community: Engage with followers,



respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful connections with our audience.

● Track What Works: Monitor reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and other key metrics to improve content performance.

● Experiment with AI Tools: Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, research trends, draft content, improve workflows, and speed up content production without compromising quality.

● Keep Improving: Study competitors, analyse content performance, and continuously experiment with new formats and creative ideas.

? What We're Looking For

● 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

● Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

● A good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, along with other major social media platforms.

● Creativity to develop fresh content ideas and the ability to execute them consistently.

● Basic knowledge of content design tools such as Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software.

● Familiarity with social media analytics, engagement metrics, and content performance reporting.

● Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools for content ideation and productivity.

● An understanding of technology, startups, software development, or AI is a plus.

● Someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, accepts feedback,



and gets things done without constant follow-ups.

● Have a portfolio of social media posts, campaigns, reels, or other content you've created.

● Have grown a social media account or improved engagement through your own content strategy.

● Know how to turn complex tech topics into simple, engaging stories.

● Can write witty captions, create relatable memes, and spot a trend before everyone else does.

● Have experience with LinkedIn personal branding or B2B social media marketing.
