Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for Social Media Executives & Manager. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, managing day-to-day posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The position includes developing content calendars, collaborating with the PR and creative teams on assets and messaging, and optimizing posts for reach and performance.

The Social Media

Executives & Manager will track analytics, prepare performance reports, and refine strategies based on insights.



The role also requires staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to support client and company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Working knowledge of social media analytics tools and basic reporting to measure performance and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with PR, design, and client service teams.
- Prior experience in an agency or PR environment, especially in social media-focused roles, is an advantage.
