Ethereal Labs is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to build the digital presence and community of our upcoming AI-powered consumer products, primarily targeting US, International English-speaking and Global audiences.

We're looking for someone who has helped grow internet-native brands and understands social media, creator culture, organic distribution, and community-led growth.

What You'll Own

- Build and manage our presence across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and relevant communities.
- Develop social content strategies, campaigns, and creator collaborations.
- Establish a distinctive brand voice and consistent social identity.
- Build relationships with US-based creators, influencers, and online communities.
- Drive organic reach, engagement, qualified traffic, and product discovery.




- Analyze performance and continuously improve content and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with founders, designers, filmmakers, Tech and creative teams.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience growing social media accounts for consumer, AI, creator-tech, entertainment, or gaming brands.
- Solid understanding of US internet culture, platform trends, and creator ecosystems.
- Experience owning organic social growth and creator/community initiatives.
- Excellent copywriting, creative judgment, and content instincts.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable growth and personal ownership.
- Comfortable building a brand presence from an early stage.
