Flatscanner (flatscanner.ai) is building an AI agent for finding a room or flatmate in Bangalore. You tell it what you need and it finds rooms that fit, scores every listing (rent vs the area, drive time to office at 9 am, what's nearby, red flags) and sends you the best ones. People with a spare room post it free and get matched with people who are already looking.

We're early and small, and you'll work directly with the founder.

This is not a posting-only role

We need someone who is result-driven and can grow numbers: Facebook Group members, Instagram engagement and, most of all, real users on flatscanner.ai. If you know how to post but not how to grow, this role is not for you.

What you'll own

Community growth

- Own and grow our Facebook Group from 0. That means growing members, engagement and daily active discussion, not just posting.
- Keep it alive every day with engaging posts, polls and discussions, approving members and removing broker spam.
- Run and grow our WhatsApp and Telegram communities.
- Get rooms posted: reach out to people with a room to let in Bangalore's room groups and help them post on Flatscanner.
- Build partnerships with co-living operators, small landlords, group admins and "new to Bangalore" communities.

Content and creative

- Come up with new reel ideas every day: broker lies, deposit stories, PG life, Bangalore rent reality.
- Plan the content calendar yourself and deliver it.
- Run our Instagram and WhatsApp Channel: new rooms as they're posted (shared with the poster's OK), stories with links, and 2–3 reels a week,



like "Is this rent fair?" or "What ₹20k gets you in HSR vs Bellandur".
- Find and brief 3–4 Bangalore creators and meme pages for small collaborations.
- Draft LinkedIn posts.

You

- Have built a Facebook Group, page or community from 0, or have a robust interest in learning how.
- Understand Instagram and Facebook in depth: how reach works, how to read Insights, what makes people comment, share and save.
- Keep up with Instagram trends, trending audio and meme formats.
- Edit reels yourself in CapCut, InShot or Instagram Edits: subtitles, cuts, trending formats.
- Are comfortable on camera for reels.
- Are comfortable messaging, calling and meeting people you don't know.
