Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with manufacturing industry experience, preferably in the Medical Device industry.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing IQ/OQ/PQ process validation documents for production equipment on the shop floor, along with knowledge of process excellence, continuous improvement, compliance, and QMS documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review IQ/OQ/PQ process validation documents for medical device production equipment.
- Support process validation activities on the manufacturing shop floor.
- Apply manufacturing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Drive process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits.




- Ensure EHS&S; and regulatory compliance requirements are followed.
- Manage and support engineering change management activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain QMS documentation.
- Work with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in IQ/OQ/PQ process validation documentation.
- Experience with production equipment on the shop floor.
- Medical Device industry experience.
