Role Description The Site Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at project locations. This role includes planning and coordinating site activities, supervising on-site teams and vendors, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

The Site

Manager will monitor progress, manage materials and inventory, address issues or delays, and regularly report project status to leadership and stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining quality control,



ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting smooth handover of completed sites to clients. Collaboration with designers, project managers, procurement, and logistics teams is key to delivering efficient, on-time, and cost-effective project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong site management and project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and supervising on-ground execution.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and site teams, with the ability to delegate tasks and ensure accountability.
- Knowledge of construction, interiors, or furniture installation processes, including quality standards and safety practices.
- Ability to track materials, manage inventory, and coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle site challenges, risks, and changes in scope.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for updates and coordination.
- Relevant experience in site or project management in interiors, furniture, real estate, or construction; prior work in fast-paced, multi-project environments is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
