We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect with solid hands-on expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), Solution Architecture, ServiceNow Development, and Integrations.

Position: ServiceNow Architect – FSM

Overall Experience: 10+ Years

ServiceNow Experience: 3+ Years

Mandatory Expertise: ServiceNow FSM

Location: India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery, from requirement analysis and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Design reusable and maintainable solutions across ServiceNow modules.
- Review existing implementations and recommend architectural improvements.
- Define integration patterns, data flows, and technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills – ServiceNow FSM
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).

- Glide APIs and JavaScript.
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Script Includes and Scheduled Jobs.
- Scripted REST APIs.
- REST/SOAP Integrations.
- Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Data Sources.
- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow Workflows and Notifications.
- ACLs, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.
- Service Portal / UI Builder.
- Custom and Scoped Applications.
- Performance Optimization, Debugging, and Troubleshooting.

Integration Experience Experience designing and implementing integrations using:
- REST / SOAP APIs.
- IntegrationHub.
- SAP / Salesforce.
- GCP / Azure / AWS.
- Third-party Field Service Applications.
