We are looking for 3–5 skilled ServiceNow Developers / Technical Consultants with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB, and ServiceNow workflow design and development.

The selected candidates will work onsite at the client location and collaborate closely with the existing team to support ongoing ServiceNow implementation, development, and enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Develop, maintain, and enhance CMDB, including CI relationships and data quality.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and automation solutions.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and integrations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Expertise in one or more of the following:

- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

- Experience in workflow design and development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow platform configuration.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and support engagements.
- Experience working in client-facing, onsite delivery environments.
