Join The Dots is looking for a talented Senior Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content!

If you have a strong creative eye, exceptional editing skills, and a deep understanding of UGC content and performance-driven videos, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Editing engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & short-form videos.
- Creating high-quality UGC videos, testimonials, product reviews & creator-led content.
- Transforming raw creator footage into compelling brand stories.
- Crafting powerful hooks, engaging transitions, dynamic cuts & attention-grabbing captions.
- Editing performance marketing ads for Meta and other digital platforms.
- Creating multiple video variations with different hooks, storytelling approaches & CTAs.
- Working closely with our creative, content & design teams.

What We're Looking For:





- 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong expertise in UGC video editing (Must Have).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good command of After Effects and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design & audience retention.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within deadlines.
