Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Develop automation solutions for desktop and web applications.
- Review code and ensure automation quality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in Python and/or Java.
- Automation frameworks: Pytest, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Desktop automation: pywinauto or WinAppDriver.
- Web automation: Selenium or Playwright.
- API testing using Postman.
- Database knowledge: MySQL or SQL Server.
- Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
- JIRA or Azure DevOps knowledge is an advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
- 7–10 years of hands-on software test automation experience.
- Must have experience building an automation framework from scratch.
- Experience in desktop, web, and API automation testing.
- Prior experience mentoring or reviewing junior engineers.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
