Role OverviewWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – Social Media with strong platform expertise, an understanding of the fintech/BFSI landscape and an interest in emerging technologies and AI-led content innovation. The candidate should be confident in client management, strategic planning and presentations, with the ability to independently drive social media initiatives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead content planning, campaign execution and platform-specific communication.
- Manage client relationships, briefs, feedback, presentations and day-to-day account deliverables.
- Understand fintech/BFSI products, category trends and consumer behaviour to develop relevant communication.
- Collaborate with the internal AI team to explore and integrate generative AI capabilities into social media campaigns and video content.
- Demonstrate an interest in learning AI tools, understanding emerging capabilities and leading AI-led content initiatives in collaboration with specialist teams.
- Conceptualise and manage shoot-led video content, including scripting, production coordination and client deliverables.




- Independently prepare and confidently present strategies, campaign ideas and performance reports.
- Track performance, derive actionable insights and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Coordinate with creative, content, production and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and content formats.
- Working knowledge of fintech/BFSI communication and consumer-facing financial products.
- Interest in generative AI, AI-powered video and emerging content technologies.
- Ability to conceptualise and manage shoot-led video content.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
