You will also provide coordination and scheduling support for director-level hiring, working alongside senior TA partners to ensure a seamless candidate and panel experience.
This role is well-suited for a recruiter with strong execution skills, multi-tasking ability, and the drive to own mid-level mandates end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, from sourcing to onboarding — covering mid-level and managerial roles across technology, operations, and support functions.
- Provide coordination and scheduling support for director-level hiring — including panel management, candidate communication, and documentation — working in close partnership with senior TA leads.
- Partner with business heads, senior HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Drive talent acquisition through direct headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, and targeted social media outreach.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using competency-based and behavioural interviewing methodologies.
- Coordinate with senior panels and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback, calibration, and offer closures.
- Manage offer processes for mid-level and managerial profiles — including expectation alignment, offer follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipeline trackers, and ensure accurate documentation in the ATS.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent Chubb at industry forums and recruitment drives.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, approvals, and legal hiring standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated exposure to mid-level and managerial hiring within a corporate, GCC, or shared services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly with hiring managers, business leads, and HRBPs.
- Experience in CTC benchmarking, offer structuring, and compensation negotiation for mid-level and managerial profiles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS platforms, and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority mandates simultaneously, prioritising based on business impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to GCC / captive centre hiring environments and global stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with structured interview frameworks and competency-based assessment design for mid-level and managerial roles.
- Experience supporting talent intelligence and market mapping for mid-level and managerial roles.
