Role Description: As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI solutions that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data engineers to define requirements, build robust data models, develop interactive dashboards and reports, and ensure data quality and performance. Daily responsibilities include translating business questions into analytical solutions, optimizing existing BI assets, implementing governance and documentation best practices,



and contributing to data platform and ETL improvements.

You will also mentor less experienced team members, support client workshops, and participate in project planning and estimation. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.

Qualifications:

- Strong data modeling skills and experience designing semantic models optimized for Power BI.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and reports that are intuitive, performant, and aligned with user needs.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, including star/snowflake schemas and dimensional modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools, including performance tuning and data quality assurance.
- Deep knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dataflows), and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure services is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of SQL; experience with Python, Spark, or Databricks is an advantage.
- Background in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a remote team setup and collaborate effectively in a small, agile team environment.
