We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Coder with strong medical coding expertise, leadership capabilities, and client-facing experience.

? Key Requirements:

✅ Relevant medical coding experience and certification

✅ Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II

✅ Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

✅ Ability to interpret complex clinical documentation

✅ Familiarity with CMS and payer-specific coding guidelines

✅ Microsoft Excel skills, including filters and VLOOKUP

✅ Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation skills

✅ People management and client engagement experience





✅ Experience managing a market/portfolio and supervising 2–3 coders

✅ Solid problem-solving and communication skills

? Eligible Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must hold any one of the following qualifications:

BDS | MBBS | BHMS | BAMS | BUMS | BPT | MPT | BOT | MOT | B.Pharm | M.Pharm | B.Sc Nursing | M.Sc Nursing
