We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR & Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, workforce planning and recruitment team management. The successful candidate will develop recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring across multiple technology domains, and ensure recruitment delivery aligns with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology recruitment, team leadership, stakeholder management and HR processes, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, from requirement gathering and sourcing to selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Lead technology recruitment across Java, .NET, Python, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Cybersecurity and other technology domains.
- Develop workforce plans and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche technology skills.
- Lead, mentor and manage recruitment teams, monitor productivity and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
- Establish and monitor recruitment SLAs, time-to-hire, quality of hire and hiring conversion rates.
- Partner with senior management, hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and resolve recruitment challenges.
- Oversee HR operations, employee onboarding, offboarding, employee records and HR policy implementation.
- Support employee engagement, performance management and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment documentation and confidentiality requirements.
- Use ATS platforms, recruitment analytics and automation tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports covering open positions, submissions, interviews, offers, joiners and recruiter performance.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Business Management would be an added advantage.

Experience

- 7–12 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, preferably within the IT consulting or technology services industry.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong experience recruiting across technology domains such as Java, .NET, Python, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
- At least 3–5 years of experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent pipeline development, recruitment SLAs, hiring targets, and performance metrics.
- Experience partnering with senior management and hiring managers to meet business hiring requirements.
- Knowledge of HR operations, employee onboarding, and employment compliance.
