We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior IT Support Engineer with 6 plus years of experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure management, Azure cloud support, and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.

What You Will Work On

- Deliver L2/L3 support for desktops, servers, and enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies, ensuring smooth user onboarding, offboarding, and end-user support
- Support and manage SaaS applications, including Microsoft 365
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi) across office locations
- Configure and manage firewall solutions, including policy configuration, monitoring, and access control
- Handle IP management, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshoot network issues
- Manage storage (NAS) and backup systems, including data migration, capacity planning, and recovery validation
- Manage Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, virtual machines, access control)
- Ensure security and compliance by managing patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and conducting regular access reviews




- Monitor systems and handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA adherence
- Manage vendors, procurement, including solution evaluation and POCs
- Maintain technical documentation (SOPs, architecture diagrams, knowledge base) and support audit requirements
- Mentor L1 team members, drive knowledge sharing, and act as an escalation point
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication

RequirementsThe skills and qualifications you'll need
- Robust experience in Windows Server administration and end-user support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, Storage, Networking)
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration
- Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware
- Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune or similar solutions)
- Good knowledge of IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
