We’re looking for an HVAC Project Planning Engineer who thrives on coordinating activities, ensuring timelines, and bridging the gap between design and execution. If you enjoy managing real-time project progress and ensuring smooth delivery on site, this role could be ideal for you.

? What you’ll work on

Project planning, scheduling & progress tracking

Coordination with design, estimation & execution teams

Material planning, BOQs & vendor follow-ups

Monitoring installation activities & project timelines

Providing technical support during execution & commissioning

Preparing project status reports & documentation

? What we’re looking for

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

2–6 years of experience in HVAC / Cleanroom / Turnkey projects

Understanding of HVAC systems & equipment

Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Excel preferred)

Valuable coordination & communication skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams
