Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role at Nestasia is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will develop and execute visual concepts for brand campaigns, packaging, digital assets, social media, and website creatives, ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams, designing layouts, refining typography, and creating logos and brand elements that reflect Nestasia’s artisanal and sustainable ethos. The role also involves overseeing and mentoring junior designers,



managing multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, and maintaining high standards of visual quality and attention to detail.

Designer will contribute to brainstorming sessions, adapt designs based on feedback, and stay current with design trends relevant to lifestyle and home décor.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print applications.
- Demonstrated experience in Branding and Logo Design, including development of cohesive visual identities.
- Advanced skills in Typography and layout design, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar software).
- Relevant experience in lifestyle, home décor, fashion, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team-oriented skills, openness to feedback, and ability to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
