About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with deep backend expertise to join our Customer Technology Products team. The role is mostly backend: building scalable services with Java and modern frameworks. You’ll also handle front-end work in Angular when the product needs it.

What You’ll Do

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java 8/11 and Spring Boot
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for customer-facing products
- Build event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging platforms
- Process and transform large datasets with Apache Spark
- Design efficient schemas and optimize queries in MySQL
- Build and enhance UI components in Angular as needed
- Work with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ship reliable, production-grade features
- Take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance tuning

What You Bring




- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11 and Spring Boot
- Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or other messaging services
- Working knowledge of Apache Spark for data processing
- Solid MySQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling
- Practical experience with Angular for front-end development
- A solid grasp of microservices, distributed systems, and clean coding practices

Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Background in customer-facing or high-traffic product environments
